Terms & Conditions

All wines sold by The Winery of Hot Springs are taxed in the State of Arkansas. We will only ship wine to states that it is legal to do so. The states we cannot ship alcohol to are Alabama, Arkansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Utah. For shipments to Alaska, we can only ship to Anchorage, Juneau, Fairbanks, Ketchikan, and Kodiak. For shipments to West Virginia, we cannot ship to zip codes 54009, 54013, 54023, 54027, 54035, 54039, 54043, 54049, 54075, 54087, 54097, 54099, and 54103. If you live in any of these states listed and would like to order merchandise please call to place your order.

The buyer is completely responsible for the shipment, but with permission from the buyer The Winery of Hot Springs arranges the shipment to be picked up and shipped to the destination specified by the buyer.

Minimum order of wine is 4 bottles per order. Wines can be mixed. Shipping cost on wine begins at $14.95 for 4 bottles and increases $2.00 per bottle of wine.

Our wine cannot be sold or delivered to persons under the age of 21. Shipments containing wine will have to be signed for by a person 21 years of age or older and may have to show identification to do so. In placing an order, you are stating that you and the person signing for the shipment are at least 21 years of age in accordance with Arkansas State Law.

In ordering wine from The Winery of Hot Springs, you agree to abide by all local, state, and federal regulations and statutes. You also certify that you are not in any way using the information presented for the purposes of entrapment.

Refund Policy

No refunds on wine or merchandise unless wine is ordered for delivery in an unauthorized state. Defective merchandise can be shipped back at buyer’s expense and will be replaced. We inspect all merchandise fully, and package securely before shipment.
